FAILURE of our BRAND NEW Chinese Diesel Heater | Less Known Error Code E-09

We attempted to install and run our brand new motorhome Chinese Diesel Heater. However, it turned out to be a big failure on the part of the diesel heater unit manufacturer. The unit threw up a less common error code E-09

Have we found the problem?

Someone tipped me off tonight, to the fact the diesel heater internal plastic housings are not properly aligned from the factory. Sure enough, I took a closer look and he was right ! .. He said he has had exactly the same problem that I have. Will see if the casing re-alignment cures the problem tomorrow.
