What Type of Insulation is Best for Vans?

Choosing the right insulation for your van can improve energy efficiency, protect against elements, and make it more comfortable to live in. Spray foam insulation fills gaps and reduces noise, but may not be the best option in high-humidity or hot climates. Fibreglass insulation is affordable and easy to install, but may not be suitable in extreme cold or hot climates or coastal regions. Reflective insulation is lightweight but not effective in colder, damp or humid climates or areas with high winds. Sheep’s wool insulation is natural, eco-friendly, easy to install and offers excellent insulation properties.
